On behalf of the delegates and participants at the 3rd SICAAAMS 2012, we have reserved rooms at the Intercontinental Hotel for a special discounted rate of 340 CHF per night (single occupancy). This excludes the applicable city tax of 4.50 CHF per room chargeable per night. Double occupancy rooms can be booked for 60 CHF in addition to the discounted rate. The hotel cut off date to reserve the discounted rate is 1st March 2012 or until the room is sold out. The check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 12:00 noon. Checks and all major credit cards are accepted.

In addition to the congress hotel Intercontinental where all sessions of SICAAAMS 2012 will be held, there is a number of other hotels in Geneva, which you may prefer and can approach directly for reservations. Please note that due to the high popularity of the congress as well as several other large scale events scheduled to be held in Geneva at the same time, hotel availability in the period April 19th - 21st 2012 may be limited. Therefore, we strongly advise you to book room as soon as possible
